David Luke, outside sales agent for White Travel Service, Inc. has a stunning and impressive 34 year
travel career in the cruise industry, joining Cunard Line flagship Queen Elizabeth 2 in 1973 as Assistant
Purser and rising to the rank of Finance Officer QE2. His career with Cunard Line spanned some 24
years onboard QE2, which included 20 world cruises. His career also includes shore-side managerial
and director positions in corporate offices with Cunard in Southampton, Premier Cruises in Miami,
Cunard/Seabourn in Miami, and American Classic Voyages Co. in New Orleans, LA and Honolulu
Hawaii. He served as Office Manager for the home office of White Travel Service, Inc. in West Hartford,
CT. He was born in Bournemouth, England and has lived in the United States for the past 9 years. His
twin brother Jamie Luke also shares his love of travel serving as Chief Purser onboard Cunard Line
flagship Queen Elizabeth 2 with a career at sea spanning some 24 years. David is married to Sheryl
Luke, and resides in Pompano Beach, FL. with their Golden Retriever 'Lady Luke.'
Sheryl Luke, outside sales agent for White Travel Service, Inc. also has a long hospitality and travel
history. She was Concierge for Fairfield Resorts in South Florida for 6 years, and Lead Concierge for
Le Pavillon in New Orleans, LA, a Preferred Hotel. She was also employed by the Boca Raton Resort
and Club in Florida. She has escorted many tours and group cruises, and served as Cruise Consultant
and Vice President of White Travel Service, Inc. in the home office in West Hartford, CT. Her family
Edythe White and Richard White are the President and Executive Vice President of White Travel
Service, Inc. having founded the company 36 years ago. She is married to David Luke and resides in
Pompano Beach, FL, with their Golden Retriever, 'Lady' and Maltese 'Oscar'
